Plan

  • Downtime (sleep, paint, puzzle, tv)
  • EOD short summary (updating this doc, if necessary)
  • daily routine overnight 22-08
  • Deep Work slots
  • Week with kids, Mon-Fri between 10-14.
  • Week without kids, Mon-Fri 11-13 and 15-17; Sat-Sun 11-13 or 15-17.
  • Prep: clean desk, no running tasks in the background, no expected interruptions (disconnect).
  • Shallow work done in between and in the rest of the time
  • Respond to urgent incoming post/messages and schedule the rest
  • Calendar check & plan
  • daily for same day before 10, and for next day before 22
  • on Sundays, for next week
